About David Kadalie David Kadalie has served in leadership roles for nearly four decades as youth leader, pastor, pioneer and missionary. He has a passion for developing emerging young Christian leaders, and travelled widely in fulfilling this quest. David is presently the Youth for Christ Training and Leadership Director for the African Continent. He served as the Regional Director for the Indian Ocean Islands for 11 years. He is a member of the YFCI Africa Leadership Team that provides oversight to thirty-two nations on the Continent. Ever energetic and innovative, David uses leadership as a tool to pioneer new organisations and ministries. He has pioneered YFC ministries in South Africa, Madagascar and on the island of Rodrigues. Working with his wife, Denise, they have built a reputation of reproducing themselves in others. David and Denise got married in 1979, the same year David joined Youth for Christ. She has been alongside David as a parent to their two sons, and as a faithful partner in the gospel. David's leadership experiences have provided a laboratory for producing dynamic leadership material. For many years his ‘Leadership Letters’ and ‘Leadership Thoughts’ have inspired people across the globe. His book, 'Leader’s Resource Kit', has met with widespread acclaim, encouraging people to new levels in leadership. Recently he has launched his newest book, 'As a Leader Thinks'.
